Tom Williamson is an actor, breathwork/meditation facilitator, and life coach who lives a nomadic lifestyle but calls DC home. He is the co-founder of the well-being studio Breathe Rise + Thrive, and possesses a passion for storytelling which landed him numerous TV/Film roles and an MFA from The Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. These amazingly unique experiences inspired him to find ways of sharing the lessons learned from them with other actors, people who are in transitional periods of their lives, and those hungry to know why they are here and what their true purpose is on earth. He accomplishes this by combining his cross disciplinary training in acting, mindfulness practices, and peak performance coaching to create unique experiences for people to find themselves at home in their bodies and minds, so they can ultimately shine and share their brightness with the world.
