Service Description
This workshop goes beyond basic script analysis and focuses specifically on the unique demands of on-camera work. Content: Audition Sides: Participants will learn to quickly and effectively analyze audition sides, identify key character beats, and make strong, specific choices without over-rehearsing. Full Scripts: The workshop will cover how to read a full screenplay or teleplay to understand a character's arc, relationships with other characters, and place within the story's bigger picture. Continuity is a crucial on-set skill. The workshop will teach actors how to track their props, physical actions, and emotional state from take to take and from scene to scene to ensure consistency. Technical Terminology: An introduction to common on-set terms like "crossing the line," "eyeline," "mark," and different types of shots (e.g., close-up, wide shot), and how they affect a performance.
